When It Comes To Moving Horsham
We Don't Horse Around!
Horsham, PA
Horsham Township is located in Montgomery County.
The Township was established in 1717 by Samuel Carpenter who was from the town of Horsham in Sussex County, England.
Horsham Township incorporated in 1717 and is one of the oldest original municipalities in Montgomery County.
Although it retains the word "Township" in its official name, it has been governed by a Home Rule Charter since 1975 and is therefore not subject to the Pennsylvania Township Code.
Horsham Township covers an area of 17 square miles, 89.70 miles of which are township roads.
The Township is made up of several community areas including Horsham and portions of the Hatboro, Ambler, Chalfont and North Wales.
The results are in and once again, Horsham Township is one of the best small towns in America, according to CNN Money Magazine.
The magazine, in its September issue, ranked Horsham No. 34 out of 50 "Best Places to Live."
"Horsham may not have much of a walkable downtown, but with five high-end office parks that house more than 600 businesses (including several Fortune 500 firms), the town is more than just a bedroom community," the magazine states.
