We charge you for the move once everything has been completed and all documentation and processing is done paperless.
Our accepted payment methods are Venmo, Cash App or by Credit or Debit Card (3.5% Fee). NO CASH OR CHECKS.
To secure the optimal timeslot for your move and guarantee a seamless experience, we require paying a deposit to reserve a spot on our schedule.
This deposit will be applied to the final invoice.
Gratuities are appreciated, but not required.
Our workhorses love taking care of your needs and if you feel they deserve a tip the best method would be cash.
There is a reason we call our movers workhorses, because we focus on hard work and efficiency.
However, every horse needs a water break, and these generally only take a minute or so.
Our workhorses usually do not take any breaks for lunch during your move.
In the event our crew takes a break for lunch the time will not be billable.
Our workhorses have been trained to have an awareness of all walls, floors, ceilings, light figures, etc. when assisting our clients.
Packhorse Moving® will work directly with the client to handle any damages.
Our workhorses have every intention of ensuring your items are transported in the same, if not better, condition as received.
