"I agree to minimal reimbursement for lost or damaged goods. I understand and accept that I will be reimbursed for lost or damaged goods at $0.60 per pound per article."

Example: Damaged TV weighing 40lbs (40lbs x 0.60 = $24 Payout)

 

Full Value (Additional Cost)

"I accept reimbursement equal to the replacement cost of lost or damaged goods. I declare a total replacement value at $6 per pound based on the inventory weight provided on the estimate. The cost to add the full value is 1% of the total value. In addition, I understand that a $500 deductible must be met prior to reimbursement."
